Recently, credit card fraud and hacking has increased, and therefore, we do not supply an online booking form. Booking by telephone helps to minimise the risk of fraud, and we prefer to add a more personal touch at our guest house by speaking to you one a one-to-one basis. All bookings are secured by credit or debit card. No deposit is taken at time of booking but the usual Cancellation Policy applies. The account is settled on check out and cash is preferred to avoid credit card charges.
Bookings cancelled within 20 days are subject to 50% charge on the balance due. Bookings cancelled within 10 days are subject to 100% charge. We always try to re-sell a room and where successful we deduct this from any amount owed. For bookings during July and August, any cancellation within 30 days of the booking is subject to a 100% charge on the balance.
